PromptPaste is local-first by design. Voice transcription stays on-device.

The official privacy policy used for Store submission and customer disclosure is published at /privacy.

• No cloud transcription for voice input.
• No remote transcript storage by PromptPaste.
• No telemetry by default.
• Image paste uses the local Windows clipboard and the target app's existing paste support.
• Local settings may be stored for user preferences only.

PromptPaste does not upload speech content. If you paste an image into another app, that receiving app handles the content under its own privacy and retention rules. Sign-in and entitlement checks are separate from local transcription.
